September was no exception — this month we strengthened the AI tools block, made conversations in direct messages more comfortable, and prepared in advance for changes on VKontakte. Below, we will provide more details about all the updates.
1. Improved the automation block
AI automation in Postmypost has become smarter: the AI now recognizes the topic of the inquiry and automatically launches the appropriate scenario.
For example, if a client writes, "I can't log into my account," the system understands that it is a technical support issue and launches the corresponding prompt. If the question is phrased as, "What tariffs do you have?", the assistant connects to the scenario with product information. The result: responses become even more accurate, and automation becomes more useful.

2. Made auto-responses in direct messages more effective
We received feedback: sometimes the AI assistant appeared in client conversations unnecessarily — for instance, when the manager was already responding. In other words, the AI was simultaneously sending its message. This issue has now been resolved: the AI understands when it needs to step back.
Automation has become more respectful of live communication. If a manager is already conversing with a client in direct messages, the AI does not interfere or interrupt.
This means you can comfortably warm up the client for a purchase with live responses, without the risk of the bot suddenly activating with a template message.
3. Transitioned to the new VK domain
VKontakte officially transitions from the familiar vk.com to the domain vk.ru: all API integrations and services related to the social network are changing. For developers, this meant extensive work — domains needed to be reconfigured because the previous addresses stopped functioning after September 30.
To spare you from having to delve into these technical details, we at Postmypost took care of everything in advance. The service now fully operates with the new domain — authorization on VKontakte occurs through vk.ru.
Importantly, if the system asks you to log in again, that’s normal. After reauthorization, everything will continue to work as usual.
